I’ve always been drawn to the way people think, feel, and connect. After 10 years in corporate and government roles, I saw a pattern again and again: it’s not lack of talent that holds people back — it’s how we handle conflict and communicate under pressure.
That’s why I teach people how to:

My Background & Experience
I bring over a decade of experience working across both the public and private sectors — including the Bank of Montreal, the Government of Canada, and The Estée Lauder Companies. These diverse environments shaped how I understand communication, leadership, and emotional dynamics in high-pressure, people-focused spaces.
What fulfilled me most throughout my career wasn’t just the work itself — it was the moments where I supported others: leading conversations, simplifying processes, and helping people navigate challenges with more clarity and confidence.
That passion for guidance and growth became the foundation of my work today.
